North Star Bakery is home-based and was founded by Breeanna Bateman. Breeanna has been a hobby baker for over 20 years, with experience in running professional kitchens, licensed food handling, and industrial food practices. This bakery specializes in gourmet cakes, cupcakes, and a variety of specialty seasonal desserts.

About the owner: By day, I work as a watershed scientist, studying chemistry and biological interactions in streams. While baking is not my primary profession, it is my primary love language! My three kids and husband have fostered that and encouraged me to share it with the community. I'm extremely motivated to bring what I can to make your day special.
